2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "T&Cs") govern the sale of artworks offered on the website 3dfiti.com.
Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs by the buyer.
3. Products
The products offered for sale are limited-edition artworks, conceived and designed by the artist and produced using 3D printing technologies.
Each artwork:
- is produced in a limited edition,
- is authenticated via a 3DFITI QR Code, ensuring the uniqueness of each piece,
- is delivered with a base designed by the artist, which is an integral part of the artistic experience,
- is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.
Visuals displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations may occur due to the artistic nature and production process.
4. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs.
Delivery costs are borne by the buyer and are specified before the final validation of the order.
3DFITI reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Prices applicable are those in effect at the time the order is placed.
5. Orders
The buyer selects the artworks they wish to purchase and validates the order after verification.
An order confirmation email is sent once payment has been successfully processed.
3DFITI reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a dispute with the buyer.
6. Payment
Payment is made exclusively online by credit card through a secure payment system.
The order becomes final only after full payment has been received.
7. Delivery
Artworks are delivered to the address provided by the buyer at the time of the order.
Delivery is available worldwide.
A tracking link is provided to the buyer to monitor the progress of the shipment.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination and production timelines.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to artworks produced on demand and sold in limited editions.
As a result, no returns or refunds will be accepted, except in the event of a proven defect or non-conformity.
9. After-Sales Service

In the event of damage to an artwork, the artist undertakes to carry out any necessary after-sales service operation, subject to the preservation of the artistic integrity of the artwork.
Shipping costs related to after-sales service remain the responsibility of the artwork owner.
10. Liability
3DFITI shall not be held liable for any indirect damages resulting from the purchase or use of the artworks.
In any event, 3DFITI's liability is limited to the amount of the order.
11. Intellectual Property
All artworks are protected by copyright law.
The purchase of an artwork does not entail any transfer of intellectual property rights, reproduction rights, or exploitation rights, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
12. Personal Data
Personal data collected is necessary for order processing and customer management.

13. Governing Law and Disputes
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought prior to any legal action.
Failing this, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
